We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and oversee the on-site implementation of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in project execution, with a strong focus on interior fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed with high-quality standards, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all on-site activities for interior design projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and interior design drawings to identify any discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and seamless project flow.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met and any delays or issues are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source and verify the quality of all construction and finishing materials.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily progress reports, quality checklists, and project updates for management.
• Should know how to make BOQ and should have product purchase experience.
• Monitor labor performance and productivity, ensuring efficient use of resources and verifying labor bills.
• Resolve any on-site technical issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure the safety and security of the site, workers, and all project materials in compliance with local regulations.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision, with a proven track record in interior design or construction fit-out projects.
• Experience working with consulting firms, real estate developers, or in the construction industry.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, finishing materials, and quality control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) for designing, drafting, and reviewing drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and practical approach to challenges.
• Ability to manage and motivate contractors and site workers effectively.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
